CNC Class “A” MachinistSuccessful candidates must have proven experience with a history of conducting own set-ups, must be proficient in blueprint reading and use of precision instruments. All shifts available.

CNC Machine MaintenanceOpenings for maintenance technicians experienced and well versed in the combined fields of CNC repairs, electrical, electronic power supply, and mechanical troubleshooting. 

CNC Programmer - Needed to provide expertise in various areas of our large machining operation. The successful candidate will have 5 years minimum machining experience, skills in CNC programming, use of CAD/CAM, perishable tooling & gage selection, set-up and fixture prove out experience.  Successful completion of  machining apprenticeship or 2 or 4 year technical degree, background with production automation, understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, and strong computer skills.

Manufacturing Estimator Needed to initiate quotations and provide a planned machining method with appropriate tooling and gauges to meet costs, quality and delivery requirements. Duties will involve selection of equipment and processes for new business. Supplier and Executive interfacing will be expected. Participate in cost reduction programs and periodically review methods, tooling and corresponding quotations taking corrective action as necessary.  Minimum 4 years CNC machining experience including programming. 

Metallurgist - Seeking experienced (5+ years) materials science professional skilled at failure analysis, material engineering, consulting and corrosion evaluation. Knowledge of wide range of materials (metal, plastic, etc.) and industrial processes (manufacturing, heat treating, steel making, etc.) is required. Position includes significant customer interaction with knowledge of Laboratory Information Management Systems and development responsibilities. Candidate must be skilled at report writing, verbal and written communication, basic computer, and project management.
