1. Take I-90 W toward ERIE (Portions toll).  Aprox. 91.51 miles 
2. Take I-79 North
3. At I-79 Exit 183A, bear RIGHT (East) onto SR-5 [W 12th St] for 1.6 mi
4. At West 12th and Cherry Streets, turn LEFT (North) onto Cherry St for 120 yds
5. Turn LEFT (West) onto W 11th St for 76 yds

To Modern Corporate From Cleveland, OH: 
1. Take I-271 EXPRESS LN N toward I-90/ERIE PA. approx. 14.42 miles  
2. I-271 EXPRESS LN N becomes I-90 E.  75.72 miles  
3. Merge onto I-79 N via exit number 22B toward ERIE.  5.99 miles  
4. Merge onto W 12TH ST/PA-5 E via exit number 183A.  1.81 miles  
5. Turn LEFT onto CHERRY ST.  0.08 miles
To Modern Corporate From Pittsburgh, PA:

1. Take I-79 N toward ERIE. 122.83 miles
2. Merge onto W 12TH ST/PA-5 E via exit number 183A. 1.81 miles
3. Turn LEFT onto CHERRY ST. 0.08 miles

1. Take 79 (N or S) to 279N (not 279S)
2. Follow 279N to Exit 4A Greentree/Mt. Lebanon
3. Stay in the left lane of the exit ramp
4. At the end of the ramp (light), turn left onto 121 (Greentree Road)
5. At first light, turn left onto Mansfield
6. At first light, turn left onto Poplar
7. Pass back under 279
8. The first building on your left is then Modern Industries.  The outdoor sign reads "PSI".
9. Park in the spaces reserved for visitors.

From the East:

1. Follow Pennsylvania Turnpike to Pittsburgh exit
2. Follow signs to Pittsburgh on 376W
3. After passing through the first tunnel, follow signs to Fort Pitt Bridge/Fort Pitt Tunnel/Airport
4. Go through Fort Pitt Tunnel
5. Continue on 279S to Exit 4A Greentree/Crafton
6. The exit ramp splits in two - take the left lane (Crafton)
7. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Mansfield
8. At traffic light make left onto Poplar Street
9. Pass back under 279
10. The first building on your left is then Modern Industries.  The outdoor sign reads "PSI".
11. Park in the spaces reserved for visitors.

From the Airport (West):

1. Exit Airport (Route 60), following signs to Pittsburgh.
2. Take Exit 4A (Greentree/Mt. Lebanon).
3. Stay in the left lane of the exit ramp
4. At the end of the ramp (light), turn left onto 121 (Greentree Road)
5. At first light, turn left onto Mansfield
6. At first light, turn left onto Poplar
7. Pass back under 279
8. The first building on your left is then Modern Industries.  The outdoor sign reads “PSI".
